Johana Rodriguez Barahona

My name is Johana Rodriguez, I am a student in the MA/MPH program, with a concentration in Epidemiology. In 2021, I graduated from UNC Charlotte, Summa Cum Laude, with my B.A in Anthropology and Latin American Studies. I am interested in women’s health equity, minority health, and health disparities. I hope to use my degree to further research health disparities to be able to create interventions and policies that lead us closer to health equity.
