The Public Health Minor Survey – chance to win an iPad

The Department of Public Health Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is conducting a brief online survey of Public Health minors to improve our services and help ensure the academic success of students enrolled in the Public Health minor program.

Those who complete the survey will have a chance to win an iPad.
